The benefits of doing sports are you get fit and that means you will not become unhealthy also it can help you meet new friends along the way. Also doing sports improves your mood which means when someone upset you, you can deal with things better. It also improves your sleep which means it can lead to a better lifestyle and you’ll have a better mood.
What routines do athletes have to do in the morning
Sports people or athletes have a very good routine and do their routine every day. Some athletes get up earlier depending on what sports they do. They must wake up early then they drink one glass of water, say you’re the best in the mirror, meditation for 10 mins, take a cold shower or bath and consume a beneficial and healthy breakfast. Also athletes have routines to ensure that when the sport is coming up they are prepared. Most athletes have something big in the morning, something big at lunch and something small at dinner because it is bad to go to bed with a foul tummy. Athletes diets are wholegrain breads, cereals, vegetables, fruit, lean meat and low-fat dairy products these are all very healthy food to eat for athletes. Also athletes snacks are jerky, yogurt, protein drinks and bananas.

Training allows the athletes to build strength for there sport and to build endurance which will make them stronger. Also builds confidence in the athlete’s body and they will perform better, and they will also gain confidence.
