Intro about different feelings

Humans are full of different feelings, and they are all very important to our daily life.  Some of the feelings humans have are being happy, sad and angry. When you are experiencing being angry you need to know how to get your self back in the green zone and being happy. Feelings is another word for emotions and can be caused by different environment you live in. When you are angry you might have tiny feelings like being annoyed and frustrated and many more feelings. If you cannot control these feelings, they might get big and that means we are out of control.

Being resilience and bouncing back

We need to be very resilient when things go wrong or otherwise it will cause more trouble like when you make a mistake. When I feel upset, I try and do some strategies like take 10 deep breaths in and out, do some drawing and maybe go for a little walk there are lots more strategies you can do.

Why you should use strategies when we are upset

Do you know why we should use strategies when we are upset? Did you know that we should use strategies when we are upset because it can calm us down and will help us get back into daily life. We should also use strategies because it can help us get distracted and that will stop us from getting upset. Eating crunchy/ soft food can help you get distracted from being upset. Having strategies means that you can cope with your feelings better when your upset and can talk about why your upset.

who to talk to when your upset

When you are upset you can talk about anything to your parents, lifeline, teachers and educators. You can talk to people when you are upset about why your upset and maybe happy things to stop you from making you upset. You can also do many things like watch videos about how to control your feelings and lots more.
