What is sport

Sport is something you do to get fit you can play sports like tennis or dance and many more sports. The benefits of doing sports are you get fit and that means you will stay healthy also it can also help you to meet new friends. Also doing sports improves your mood which means when someone is upset at you, you can deal with things better. It also improves your sleep which means it can lead to a better lifestyle and you’ll have a better mood.

What routines do athletes have to be a good sport person

Sports people or athletes have a very good routine and do their routine every day. Some athletes get up earlier depending on what sports they do. They must wake up early then they drink one glass of water, say you’re the best in the mirror, meditation for 10 mins, take a cold shower or bath and consume a beneficial and healthy breakfast.

Why is training so important to athletes?

Training allows the athletes to build strength for there sport and to build endurance which will make them stronger. Also builds confidence in the athlete’s body and when they perform, they will gain confidence. When athletes gain confidence, it means they can learn the importance of health and mental toughness which was in the other blogs. When athletes train for their sport, they have to follow the certain rules and make sure they train for the right thing. Sport is so important to our daily life.
